Costs

A beginner’s course is £40 for 8 weeks, with nothing to pay until the second week. There is a small admission fee to the Cygnet centre if you are not a member of Gravesham Leisure Link (see below).

The club will provide all the kit you need, mask, jacket, and glove free of charge and you will only need to bring trousers (not shorts) and a pair of non-marking rubber soled gym or tennis shoes or suitable trainers.

After the beginners’ course,  and for all experienced fencers, you need to enrol as a club member.

Fees, to be paid by standing order are:

Adults: £264 a year, payable in 12 monthly instalments of £22

Juniors: £240 a year, payable in 12 monthly instalments of £20

There is a £1 monthly reduction for each additional member of the same family

This gives you attendance at both the Friday and/or Tuesday sessions and professional tuition included.

The Visitors fee is £8 per session.

Those who are not members of the Gravesham Leisure-Link Scheme also pay £1.50 ( £1.00 junior and senior citizens ) a time to gain admission to the Cygnet Centre.
